Clean Your Kangen Water Machine Regularly to Make It Always in A Good Shape
It is very important to clean your machine often. This simple maintenance will help your machine produce the highest quality water and will keep it working for many, many years. The biggest issue for the performance of a water ionizer is mineral build up, also known as “scale”. The majority of this build up is caused by the calcium in the water source. You may be familiar with the term “hard water”; this means there is a high concentration of minerals in the water and, unfortunately, most of the public water supply has hard water. This makes cleaning the machines even more important!

There are several ways to clean your machine and there are even a few things you can do each day to help keep your machine clean. The first way is using the e-cleaner to clean your machine yourself. It is an easy process and should be done more often if you reside in an area with very hard water. If you are making a lot of water, it is recommended that you use the e-cleaner to clean your machine as often as once every two weeks. To help keep your machine clean you can also run the beauty water for 3 – 5 minutes each day. This forces the polarity of the plates to reverse, so minerals which were attracted to the plates are now repelled. It is also recommended that you have your machine “deep cleaned” at least once a year. A deep cleaning service can be done at Kangen Water Enagic service centers. Your annual machine cleaning is also a great time to replace the internal filter. A newly deep cleaned machine, with a brand new internal filter, is an excellent combination for the best quality and most effective water properties!

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
Dear Susan,
Good morning, and thank you for reaching out!
If your Kangen Water machine hasn’t been used for several months, here’s how to safely start using it again:
Run tap water through the machine (without producing Kangen Water) for a few minutes to flush out any stagnant water inside.
Perform an e-cleaning using the Enagic cleaning cartridge. This will help remove any mineral buildup inside the electrolysis plates.
After the e-cleaning, run water again for a few minutes and check the water flow and smell. If everything seems normal, you can resume regular use.
If you notice any issues (strange smell, slow water flow, or error messages), a deep cleaning or factory servicing may be required.
If the machine hasn’t been serviced in over a year and has seen prolonged inactivity, sending it to the Enagic service center for professional deep cleaning is recommended to ensure peak performance and water quality.
Best regards,
